If anybody wanted to cheat, it was a free for all for them. Especially the 24 hour limit last year made is quite easy for cheaters to just get help from outside. However, even if students cheat and get degrees, it won't be worth much later in their working careers. It's pretty obvious, if somebody is qualified or applies for a job without any deep understanding of his/her degrees.
